MFI & TNT Peruvian Festa was a six-banner-winning light brown Huacaya female whose influence continues at Elderwood Farms in Millington, Tennessee. Although Festa is now deceased, her family remains an important part of our breeding program through champion offspring, champion granddaughters, and descendants carrying her genetics forward. Her daughter, Elderwood’s Virginia Lee, earned Elderwood’s first championship banner and went on to produce champions of her own. Through Ginny, Festa’s family has continued into another generation of Elderwood-bred females, including ELWD’s Wynter Is Coming, Elderwood’s Rumor Has It, and the lightly spotted Appaloosa ELWD’s When September Ends. Festa’s pedigree paired LMFI Peruvian Playboy with My Peruvian Festivale. Playboy, a son of Majestic Peruvian Jeremiah, earned 13 championship banners, including wins at Nationals and The Futurity. Festivale was a multi-champion and producer of champions and blue-ribbon winners. Festa continued that family record with one Color Championship, five Reserve Championships, and successful offspring of her own.
